Shipping policy

Every Lou LaMya piece is handmade to order in England, in the colours you choose.

Making time: please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

Delivery: once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is on its way.

Delivery is free on every order, site wide. If you need your order by a particular date, please email orders@lou-lamya.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
