We hope you absolutely love your Lou LaMya purchase — but we understand that sometimes, things don’t quite work out. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

You’re welcome to return any unwanted item(s) after delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and with all labels still attached.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged:

• Made-to-order Crochet Moses Baskets, Changing Baskets & Nappy Caddies

• Boucle & Plush Cribs

• Personalised items

To start a return, please email us at orders@lou-lamya.com with the item(s) you’d like to return, your reason for returning, along with your name, contact details, and order number.

When sending your return, please include a note inside the parcel with your name, contact info, order number, and a list of the enclosed item(s). You can choose any postal or courier service you prefer, but we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Lou LaMya cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
